1. Content Writer (Medical/Education)

Role Overview: We are looking for a wordsmith who can simplify complex counseling notifications into engaging, easy-to-read articles and guides.

  • Responsibilities: Researching NEET/AYUSH trends, writing “How-to” guides, and creating SEO-optimized blog posts.
  • Requirements: Excellent English writing skills, ability to interpret official government PDFs, and basic knowledge of SEO.
  • Experience: 1–3 years (Experience in the education or healthcare niche is a plus).

2. Junior Counselor

Role Overview: Act as the first point of contact for students and parents seeking guidance on BAMS, BHMS, and other AYUSH courses.

  • Responsibilities: Handling student inquiries via chat/email, explaining basic counseling procedures, and assisting in document verification checklists.
  • Requirements: Strong communication skills (English & Hindi), patience, and a willingness to learn the technicalities of the AACCC process.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).

3. Senior Counselor

Role Overview: Lead the counseling desk and provide high-level strategy for state and central quota admissions.

  • Responsibilities: Providing personalized choice-filling strategies, managing complex admission cases, and staying updated on all 28 states’ counseling rules.
  • Requirements: Deep knowledge of NEET UG counseling, reservation categories, and the AYUSH seat matrix. Must be able to handle high-pressure admission cycles.
  • Experience: 4+ years in medical/educational counseling.

4. Web Developer (Full Stack)

Role Overview: Maintain and scale our platform to handle high traffic during NEET result and counseling seasons.

  • Responsibilities: Optimizing site speed, managing our database of college cut-offs, and building interactive tools like “Rank Predictors.”
  • Requirements: Proficiency in PHP/WordPress or MERN stack, SEO-friendly coding practices, and database management.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in web development.
